§ 1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions define the general terms, conditions, and method of sales conducted through the online entity www.venividiexploravi.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) and specify the terms and conditions for the provision of services.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the Store and the rules for using the Customer account. By making a purchase or registering an account in the Store, the Customer accepts the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
1. General Provisions
- The entity operates a tour operator business in a stationary office and online. Orders for travel services are accepted via the website www.venividiexploravi.com and by email.
- All services offered are legally marketed in Poland and the European Union.
- Prices are quoted in EUR or PLN and include all components, including VAT (gross prices). They do not include transaction fees.
2. Ordering Process
- To place an order, the Customer may select any tour available for purchase on the website or contact the office by email to receive a tour quote along with a payment link.
- The Store confirms receipt of the order by email.
- Order processing begins after payment is credited to the account.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to incomplete information or the unavailability of the product/service, the Store will notify the Customer via the email provided when placing the order.
3. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of booking the trip. This does not apply to the purchase of airline tickets, entrance tickets, or hotel reservations, which are non-refundable. This also does not apply to services already used by the customer within 14 days of purchasing them (last-minute bookings).
- The Store will refund all payments made, including delivery costs, to the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
4. Complaints and Guarantees
- Complaints should be submitted in writing to the following email address: info@venividiexploravi.com, providing your contact details, order number, and a detailed description of the basis for the complaint.
- The Store will review complaints within 14 days of receipt.
5. Payment link system by Stripe
- The payment link system is supported by Stripe and offers:
- traditional bank transfer made to the bank account number
- payment cards
- The entity providing online payment services for card payments is Stripe. Available payment methods via payment cards include:
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
- MasterCard Electronic
- Maestro.

§ 2 Definitions
- Business Days – means weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery – means the actual act of delivering the Goods specified in the order to the Customer by the Seller, through the Supplier.
- Customer – means the entity to which services may be provided electronically, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and legal provisions, or with whom a Contract may be concluded.
- Consumer – means a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a business entity that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur – means a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf and performing a legal transaction directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – means a natural person entering into a Sales Agreement directly related to their business activity, when the content of the Sales Agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that Business Entity, arising in particular from the subject of their business activity, disclosed pursuant to the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Business.
